Happy New year, everybody! Here’s hoping 2019 brings you all some good stuff, and as little bad stuff as possible.

From an entirely selfish point of view, it’s off to a decent start for me, as I’m back in the comics writing game. (Which is a game I really enjoy).

Starting in March this year, there will be new TRANSFORMERS comics out in the world. A reboot of the franchise, written by me and with art by the excellent Angel Hernandez and Ron Joseph.

Fuller details are over at the IDW Publishing website, but here’s a snipped summary:

In this new Transformers comic, IDW will explore Cybertron in ways never seen by audiences before – delving into an idyllic society, peaceful for thousands of years, as it faces the most momentous event in its history: the mysterious end of a single life. Through the eyes of young Bumblebee and his friends, fans will witness conspiracies forming, harmony giving way to conflict, and the very fabric of Cybertronian civilization tearing itself apart.

And here, to tickle your eyeballs, are some covers of the first issue (there will be several available!):
